Asheghetam means “I am in love with you” in Persian.
It is عاشق (ashegh), meaning a lover or someone in love, plus ـت (-et) for you and ـم (-am) for I am. Together: “I am in love with you”.
Romantic only. Partners say it at moments that carry weight — it is not the phrase you drop casually at the end of a phone call.
Considerably stronger than دوستت دارم (dooset daram). Where dooset daram is safe for family and friends, asheghetam is a declaration and would be misread in any non-romantic relationship.
